At Pet Papaws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund for 47% of the paid price. This refund amount deducts the original shipping cost and other fulfillment services.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must include a proof of purchase or your order number.
